I find it strange that John (the drummer) is now a huge Trump supporter. You can't promote environmentalism and support Trump's stance on the environment at the same time.
It really shows in their music that they're not worried about what's working for other bands, they're worried about being better artists.

Serj was right, art shouldn't be put in a format and bands are not made to exist forever, afterall we are all here for the journey.
